Barrett’s new development project in Deptford had a high specification for an up market building which included door entry systems, access control and CCTV.

5 Chester Place Regent’s Park London, Refurbishment of a high end Grade II listed dwelling installing lighting control systems, TV Distribution under floor electric heating and Security systems in addition to regular lighting & Power.
Surrey House Croydon, the conversion of an office building to form 30 high specification Apartments. In addition to the fit out of the apartments, Landlords Systems were installed including AOV & Sprinkler Controls.
