Maintenance

Electrical maintenance is the upkeep and preservation of equipment and systems that supply electricity to a building.

The main areas of electrical maintenance generally commonly include the power outlets, surge control, generators and lighting systems. These systems should be periodically checked for structural integrity and internal stability.

Whilst more modern electrical installations require less maintenance than older installations, they are indeed not without their own issues and should still be periodically checked for the purpose of fixing small problems before they escalate to much larger ones.
